City Centre Cycle Routes

Do you cycle on the new cross city centre cycle route? If so, have your say and you could win a £50 Victoria Centre shopping voucher.

Following the official opening of the cross city centre cycle route alongside the Green Heart, Nottingham City Council are undertaking surveys to find out more about why people choose to travel by bicycle across Nottingham on the new cross city centre cycle corridor. This new cycle route runs from London Rd along Canal Street to Castle Boulevard. There are also sections on Station Street, London Road and Fisher Gate as shown on the map below.

Carlton Road Cycle Route

Following the official opening of the Carlton Road cycle route in June 2023, Nottingham City Council are undertaking surveys to find out more about why people choose to travel by bicycle across Nottingham using this route. This new cycle route runs along Carlton Road between Hooton Street and Marmion Road on both sides of the road. You can find more details about this scheme here.

There will be a prize draw for all respondents who complete the survey and provide their contact details (Q27). Entrants will have a chance of winning a £50 Victoria Centre shopping voucher.

You may have already used the new crossing facility installed at the bottom of Porchester Road. We are now looking to provide enhanced cycle and crossing facilities along Carlton Road and connect to this crossing.
